A short form — name, ZIP, age, household, what coverage gap you're looking at. No SSN. No pressure.
Zack reads it like a real broker

You see real options
Two or three plans, side-by-side, with plain-English notes on what each one does for your situation. You decide. Zack answers questions.

Private Health Plans
Year-round coverage that doesn't wait on Open Enrollment. TriTerm short-term major medical, fixed-benefit indemnity, and PPO short-term plans through UnitedHealthcare and Allstate. Best fit when you're between jobs, self-employed, or paying way too much through your spouse's plan.
Some private-market plans are short-term limited-duration medical or fixed indemnity — not ACA-compliant.

When ACA is the right call, we say so. Open Enrollment runs Nov 1–Dec 15. Special Enrollment opens any time you have a qualifying life event — job loss, marriage, birth, Medicaid loss, move. Most households on ACA get subsidies that bring premiums down.
ACA Marketplace plans are major medical and meet minimum essential coverage requirements.

The coverage your family hopes you bought. Term, whole, indexed universal, and final-expense policies through F&G, Foresters, and Transamerica. Self-employed and gig workers usually carry too little — we look at what your family actually needs to land on, then build to that number.
Coverage subject to underwriting approval. Rates vary by carrier, age, health, and amount.

What clients say
"Lost my W-2 job in February. The COBRA quote was insane. Zack put me on a HealthBridge PPO short-term plan with a real PPO network for less than half what COBRA wanted. He answered my texts the same day."— Devin R. · Charlotte, NC · Private market (HealthBridge PPO)
"I drive Lyft and do freelance video work. Marketplace was charging me $480 a month. Zack ran the income numbers and got me a 2026 ACA plan for $112 after subsidies. Saved me almost $4,400 for the year."— Jordan M. · Houston, TX · ACA Marketplace
"We needed term life on both of us before our second baby came. Zack walked us through coverage amount, term length, and rider options without pushing whole life. Clean, simple, done in a week."— Alyssa & Brent N. · Knoxville, TN · 30-year term life (F&G)
